Shipping Policy
Shipping Options:
USPS Retail Ground — service could take 2-8 business days for delivery
UPS Ground — service could take 1-5 business days for delivery
FedEx Ground — service could take 1-5 business days for delivery
Order Processing Times:
Due to all orders being handmade, please allow 5 business days to process your order. All orders processed after 5 pm will be considered next business day order (except holidays and weekends). Orders submitted on weekends will be processed the next 2 business days.
Shipping Policies:
All delivery times are estimated from the time your order leaves our processing center.
Domestic Orders:
The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. We do not make address adjustments, so please verify that you have entered the correct address before finalizing your order. Once shipped we will not be responsible for the wrong address.
International Orders:
Fortunately, yes we do ship internationally!
Incorrect Shipping Information:
If a package is returned to Pure Organiks due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not at the desired address for delivery, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Pure Organiks is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. No refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Pure Organiks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Pure Organiks will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
DAMAGED PRODUCT AND INCORRECT ORDERS:
Pure Organiks is not responsible if you’ve received a damaged product or an order that you feel was processed or filled incorrectly. However, you may contact us by email within 14 days of placing your order to investigate the matter.
No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.
Items not in Stock:
We strive to have all of our products available for immediate shipment. Due to popularity and high demand for our products, some products may go on back order. We will take all necessary steps to advise you in a prompt manner if this situation occurs. If it is possible to ship a portion of an order, we will send out all available items and place the remainder as a back-order, to be shipped as soon as possible with no extra shipping charges to you.
Return Policy
We hope you love what you’ve ordered, however in case you didn’t we are committed to excellent customer satisfaction.
If for some reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please return all unused products within 7 days. All Products must be returned to the location where it was purchased.
Please allow 7 -14 days for delivery and processing your returned order. We sincerely thank you for your business and look forward to you purchasing from Pure Organiks again.
NOTE: We do not issue refunds on any orders (exchanges and store credit only). Also, we do not refund original shipping and handling charges.
